1. Selezionare un anello che calzi bene al dito della persona che riceverà il dono.
2. Misurare il diametro interno dell’anello considerando due punti opposti.
3. Ottenuta la misura, paragonarla alla tabella che trovate in fondo.
SUGGERIMENTI PER LA MISURAZIONE
L’anello deve essere comodo al dito; sufficientemente stretto da non cadere, largo abbastanza da passare oltre la nocca.
Le dimensioni delle dita cambiano a seconda del momento della giornata e delle condizioni climatiche. Per ottenere una misurazione perfetta, provare l’anello in diverse occasioni:
1. Alla fine della giornata quando le mani sono più calde ( la mattina appena svegli sono più piccole.). Ricordarsi che quando fa freddo, la dimensione delle dita delle mani è più piccola.
2. Misurare 3 o 4 volte nel corso della giornata.
Non utilizzare corde o strisce di carta, non sono rigide e possono falsare la misurazione del diametro interno dell’anello in considerazione.

Return Policies and Changes
You can make the return within 14 days of receipt of the jewel with full refund, shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The expedition is organized by Ansuini with insured couriers. The refund will stop counting the 14 legal days for the return request.
Ansuini will send you a communication with the shipping costs within 24 hours.
Upon receipt of the communication, the return days will resume as from the date of your approval.
Ansuini will check the returned jewel, for any deviation from the original condition, it will not be possible to make a refund.
FOR RINGS:
Custom rings cannot be returned.
Free ring size changes can be made within 2 numbers. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
FOR NECKLACES:
Custom necklaces cannot be returned. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
FOR BRACELETS:
Custom bracelets cannot be returned. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The rings are made at n.14 (Italian scale)
It is possible to customize the measure from n. 1 to 33 (Italian scale).
It is possible to make half measures, for example 14 and 1/2.
Starting from the measure n.19 the price of the ring may vary from that indicated on the site.
You need to fill out the information request form to receive the correct quote.
NECKLACES:
The necklaces are made of a length of 40cm or 60cm.
It is possible to customize the length of the necklaces starting from a length of 20cm up to 120cm.
The price of the necklace can vary from the one indicated on the site to the variation of its length.
You need to fill out the information request form to receive the correct quote.
BRACELETS:
The bracelets are made of a length of 18cm.
It is possible to customize the length of the necklaces starting from a length of 14cm up to 30cm.
The price of the bracelet can vary from the one indicated on the site to the variation of its length.
You need to fill out the information request form to receive the correct quote.
EARRINGS, PENDANTS, CUFFLINKS AND BROOCHES are not customizable.
