This document regulates the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions”) relating to orders, purchases of products and the sharing of information between LAR srl artigiana, with registered office in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II n 147a, Roma, P.IVA 16148071000 (“ANSUINI” or “we”) and the customer (“you” or “your”) who intends to order and purchase products through the Italian section of the ansuini.it website (the “Site”).

The use of the Site for the order or purchase of products implies your acceptance of these General Conditions, the Terms of Use of the Site available at (“Terms of Use” link to the legal notice pages) and the Privacy Policy, available at (privacy page), here recalled in full, as well as other notices that may be published on the Site when an order is placed and finally all applicable laws and regulations. These General Conditions provide information on who we are, how you can buy products on the Site, how to cancel an order, what to do in case of problems and other important information. Please consult the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order through the Site. If you do not agree with the terms described in these General Terms, in the Terms of Use or in the Privacy Policy, please do not place orders through the Site.

ORDERS

To place orders on the Site, you must be of legal age and have legal capacity. You may place your order through the Site and pay the price of the product/s chosen/s, following the instructions on the Site. Once the order has been placed, ANSUINI will confirm its receipt by sending an automatic message (the “Acknowledgement of receipt”). This Acknowledgement of Receipt does not represent acceptance by ANSUINI. Each order, in fact, is subject to express acceptance by ANSUINI and ANSUINI reserves the right to cancel an order even after sending the Confirmation of receipt.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

To place an order, you must select the products you wish to purchase and click on “Add to cart. The selected products will then be added to the “cart” and the order can be concluded by filling in the appropriate form and accepting the General Conditions of Sale as indicated on the Site. Before concluding the order, you must verify the accuracy of the information provided and correct any inaccuracies. The order will be sent by clicking on the “place the order” button. Sending the order by clicking on the button “place the order” does not imply acceptance of the order and conclusion of the purchase. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase to ANSUINI. Once sent, the order will be taken over by ANSUINI.
The acceptance of the order by ANSUINI will be confirmed by sending an email (the “Order Confirmation”).
You can cancel an order at any time until ANSUINI sends you the Order Confirmation. Once accepted by ANSUINI through the Order Confirmation, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled, unless otherwise provided by these General Conditions or by law. ANSUINI also reserves the right to verbally confirm orders. The contract between you and ANSUINI is concluded only at the time of sending the Order Confirmation and will concern only the products whose shipment has been confirmed. ANSUINI retains transactions with its customers. You are invited to download these General Terms and Conditions and the Order Confirmation. In the event of a dispute relating to an order placed on the Site, the data stored by ANSUINI will constitute proof of the transaction.

GENERAL RULES

Orders can only be made for personal use, with the exclusion of any commercial purpose. Prior to acceptance, ANSUINI reserves the right to cancel any order, if there are reasonable reasons such as, without limitation, if: (a) you have been involved in a dispute with ANSUINI concerning a previous order; (b) ANSUINI has reasonable grounds to suspect that you (i) have infringed these General Terms and Conditions, (ii) have not paid for the products purchased at the end of the deadline; (iii) are involved in fraudulent or grey market activities (i.e. resale of products through channels not belonging to the authorized sales network of ANSUINI or its affiliates); (iv) refuse to provide information that ANSUINI is obliged to collect by law; (c) ANSUINI considered that the cancellation of the order is mandatory according to the law; (d) ANSUINI has the right to cancel an order pursuant to these General Conditions. In case ANSUINI cancels an order, it will refund any payment previously made.
ANSUINI makes every effort to ensure that the colour, design and style of the ANSUINI products depicted on the Site are representative to the best of the original products. Nevertheless, the appearance of the original product may differ slightly from what is depicted on the Site for technical or other reasons. ANSUINI will therefore not be responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of ANSUINI products displayed on the Site, except as provided for in clauses 7 and 8 of these General Conditions, to the extent permitted by law.
None of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions may exclude or limit the rights or remedies which are not exemptable and which you may exercise by law. AVAILABILITY

The display of a product on the Site does not imply that the same is definitely available at the online purchase. ANSUINI reserves the right to modify, from time to time, the assortment of products on the Site without prior notice. ANSUINI will not be responsible if a product is out of stock or no longer available.
In the event that, after the Confirmation of receipt of the order, the product you have chosen is no longer available, ANSUINI customer service or your sales consultant will inform you by telephone or e-mail or other means of communication agreed as soon as possible. You will then have the opportunity to choose another product or cancel your order. If the order consists of several products, the customer service or your sales consultant will inform you by phone or email to inform you which part of the order is still available and will assist you in choosing between cancelling the order in full or modifying it. In any case, you will be charged only the part of the order that is available and that you want in any case to buy. If you choose to replace the article that is no longer available, a new order will be created for the new product you have chosen.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices of ANSUINI products are shown in Euro and include all applicable taxes. Including shipping costs.

ANSUINI reserves the right to change the price of the products displayed on the Site at any time and without prior notice. You will be charged the price displayed on the Site when the order was sent by you by clicking on the “place the order” button. You will also be responsible for the costs incurred in using the means of distance communication used for sending the order (such as the telephone rate and internet connection).
For each order placed through the Site, you must make the payment at the time of placing the order.

We only accept payments via Paypal and credit card issued by the following institutions: Visa, Amex, Mastercard. All orders must be paid in Euro. The order must contain an Italian delivery address. For orders with non-Italian delivery address you will be contacted with further information for shipping and any additional charges.

RETENTION AND PASSAGE OF RISKS

The product will remain the property of ANSUINI until payment of the full amount. The products ordered will remain under the responsibility of ANSUINI until signed and received by you. Once you have received the products, you accept and assume all risks relating to the products (including loss, theft or damage).

DELIVERY

Products purchased through the Site may only be delivered within the Italian territory. The products will be sent to the address you entered during the ordering process and indicated in the order confirmation. You can enter only one address for each order.
Mailboxes cannot be used for the delivery of our products. If you enter the address of a Hotel as the delivery address of the order, delivery may be made only to the person indicated in the order and to no one else, including the Hotel reception. Your signature is required upon delivery.
The products will be shipped in a single package that includes the product, packaging, payment receipt or invoice where required, and, as appropriate, jewelry certification and warranty certificate.
To receive the package is required the signature of an adult.
For deliveries outside the Italian territory you will be contacted with any additional information.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Orders will be delivered by standard delivery within 15 working days from the date of confirmation of the order, except in exceptional cases outside the sphere of control of ANSUINI and for which you will be contacted immediately.

For products “on request” you will be contacted with the timing of realization and delivery as soon as the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are included in the price indicated on the Site.

PROBLEMS IN DELIVERY

Any non-delivery or deliveries made more than seven (7) days from the date of shipment (ten (10) for deliveries to the islands) must be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. Any complaint must be notified within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date of confirmation of your order. Once you have received your order, you will have to check the products. If the products received do not comply with your order, or you are not satisfied, you should immediately contact the customer service via an e-mail to ansuini@ansuini.it, or by phone at +39 0668806909 and request a return or replacement in accordance with the Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

Rings. The rings are made at n.14 (Italian scale). You can make the return within 14 days of receipt of the jewel with full refund, shipping costs are charged to the customer. The modification of the measure indicated on the site at the time of purchase is considered a personalization. Free ring size changes can be made within 2 numbers. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Necklaces. You can make the return within 14 days of receipt of the jewel with full refund, shipping costs are charged to the customer. Earrings, pendants, cufflinks and brooches.
You can make the return within 14 days of receipt of the jewel with full refund, shipping costs are charged to the customer. The shipment is organized by Ansuini. Any customization requests will cancel the right to return and refund.

You can return a product purchased through the Site, and obtain a refund of the price paid or request a replacement with another product, clearly informing us of your intention to do so within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product: by contacting our customer service at ansuini@ansuini.it or at the telephone number +39 0668806909, or directly at the Ansuini jewelry store.

All returns must contain the original sales receipt and be returned in the original packaging. The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized products (such as products with engravings and changes in size).

All products returned as a result of return or request for replacement are subject to quality control before being accepted. We will not accept products with signs of wear, damage or alteration (including changes in measurement) or whose label, if any, has been removed. You will be refunded the price of the products whose return has been accepted by ANSUINI and ANSUINI will bear the costs of the return. You will, however, be responsible for any impairment of the returned products due to use that is not suitable to preserve the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, operation of the products.

Our Return Policy does not in any way exclude or limit rights or remedies that are legally binding and are due to you.

It will not be possible to replace a product with another of a lower value. In the case of gifts, the recipient of the gift can only ask for the replacement of the given product with another of equal or greater value.

If you replace the product with another product of higher value, you will be charged the difference. It will not be possible to replace a product with another of a lower value.

GUARANTEE

We apply the guaranteed legal warranty to consumers in respect of products purchased through the Site.

ANSUINI guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the Site.

APPLICABLE LAW

These General Conditions, their interpretation and execution, including transactions made through the Site, are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Each party undertakes irrevocably to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Italian Republic in relation to any complaint or any other matter concerning these General Terms and Conditions.

DURATION

ANSUINI may modify, suspend or terminate the operation of the Site at any time. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or its services, if we have reason to believe that you are in breach of these Terms or applicable laws, or for any other reason, without any notice or liability on our part. We may prevent the use of the Site in the event of repeated infringements of intellectual property rights.

RENUNCIATION

Failure by us to exercise any right or provision of these General Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these General Conditions is deemed in whole or in part to be void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall not extend to other clauses of these General Conditions which shall remain fully effective.

BINDING AGREEMENT

The confirmation of the order by ANSUINI and these General Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ANSUINI with regard to the subject matter thereof.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADE MARKS

All trademarks, logos or service marks (the “Trademarks”) appearing on the Site, whether registered or not, are the exclusive property of ANSUINI and/or its subsidiaries/affiliates. These General Terms and Conditions and all materials, elements and contents (including drawings, models, illustrations, photographs, videos, texts, codes, audio and graphic tracks) included in the Site, as well as the appearance (“look and feel”) are the exclusive property of ANSUINI and/or its subsidiaries/affiliates. Nothing contained in the Site may in any way be construed as an implied license of any kind or right to use the Marks displayed on the Site, without the written permission of ANSUINI. You may copy and print pages of the Site only for non-commercial purposes related to orders or purchases through the Site. Unless we provide you with specific written permission in advance, any other use of the Site, its contents and information is strictly prohibited.
